Refund Policy
Refunds are granted if any of the following situations take place:
- The product received is significantly different from the description provided by Healthy Care. This could include receiving a different color, size, or model than what was ordered.
- If the product arrives damaged or in a non-functioning condition, a refund can be requested. This includes any defects or malfunctions that were not disclosed before the purchase.
- In cases where the product fails to meet the specified quality standards or does not perform as expected, a refund may be granted. This could include issues such as poor craftsmanship, subpar materials, or failure to meet industry standards.
- If there is an error in the pricing of the product and it was sold at an incorrect or higher price than advertised, a refund can be requested.
- Refunds may also be granted if there are delays in shipping or delivery that were not communicated beforehand and result in significant inconvenience for the customer.
- If any other valid reasons demonstrate a failure on the part of the Healthy Care to fulfill their obligations or deliver what was promised, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
A request for refund must be made within 7 to 10 days of purchase.
