  • Refunds are only applicable if the product is proven not to be authentic.
  • Unboxing Video Needed: To get a refund, you must send a clear, continuous video of you opening the package. This helps us check the condition of the product right when it is opened.
  • Products with broken seals cannot be returned or refunded unless you can show that the product is not genuine.

Note: Refunds for products with broken seals will only be considered if you provide strong proof that the product is not genuine.

2. Refund Process

  • Submit the unboxing video along with your order details. Our team will review the video and verify the claim.
  • If approved, you will be notified of your refund status within 3–5 business days.

3. Refund Method

  • Once verified, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank's processing time, please allow 7–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
