Returns & Exchanges Policy
To enjoy a brand new and affordable shopping experience at home, Healthycare offers a 7 day return and exchange policy for you. Customers can return or exchange all items within 7 days of receiving the product.
A request for exchange or return must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Customer satisfaction is Healthycare’s top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to solve your concerns, so do not be worried. We are happy to exchange any items that are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt and packaging.
Additionally, any fabric patches included in the product will be mentioned in the product description on the website. We only accept products for exchange or return that have manufacturing issues, incorrect sizes, or the wrong items that were shipped.
To inform you more specifically, exchanged items or merchandise must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, or defective, with all original tags attached to the products and all associated accessories or instruction manuals included.
In other words, incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled, or altered returns, or anything we reasonably believe has been used or worn, will not be accepted.
Please also note that merchandise that is damaged as a result of wear and tear is not considered to be faulty.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability only. All returned footwear must be returned in its original packaging.
For hygienic reasons, Healthycare cannot exchange or refund jewelry, swimwear, socks, and/or inner garments.
Certainly, NO exchange for items sold under or as Flat Price, Discount, and Stock Clearance items, for which you see the term [Not valid for exchange] on the invoice.
If the item you wish to replace exceeds the value of the returned item, you will need to pay the deductible; otherwise, if the price of the item you wish to replace is lower than the price of the returned item, the NO refund policy will apply.
It should be noted that the merchandise is the purchaser’s responsibility until it reaches Healthycare’s warehouse. Please ensure it is packaged properly and securely to avoid damage. All products are scrutinized upon return.
As we try to accept all returns, if an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may either have to send it back to you at your expense or dispose of it appropriately. We are not responsible for items accidentally returned to us. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
More importantly, Healthycare reserves the right not to accept returns or exchanges received after 7 days from the invoice date.
In addition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy guidelines, in which case we will return the merchandise to you at your expense.
You are required to pay shipping costs and all return costs within 7 working days of notice; otherwise, you will be considered no longer interested in the goods, and the products will be removed or handled in any way we deem appropriate, without any liability and/or further reference to you.
